Drew and Rhea Allen have successfully built their own video and media production company based on their combined 20 years of experience. They met while working at a local TV station in Boise, then went to Seattle…both gaining invaluable big city experience. Drew schooled at the prestigious Art Institute of Seattle, earning a degree in Video Production, while Rhea worked for the Fox station as a Newscast Director leading a production crew through intense daily live broadcasting. Both decided to move back to Boise bringing their Seattle experience home.  Rhea completed a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Capella University.  Her undergraduate degree is from Boise State University. Drew and Rhea are listed in the Preferred Artists Roster for the Idaho Commission on the Arts and they contribute to their community by providing fundraising videos for causes of interest. 

Our creative team consists of:

President & CEO :: Rhea Allen, has an undergraduate degree from Boise State University in Business Management and Mass Communication. GO BRONCOS! She also has a Master's of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, from Capella University. She was the first Newscast Director at KTRV Fox 12 News at Nine, and then went to the Fox affiliate KCPQ-13 in Seattle to direct nightly News & Edit video. She was also the Director for Q-it-Up Sports, a weekly sports program featuring the Mariners, Sonics & Seahawks!

Production Manager :: Drew Allen
Trained with one of the top agencies in Seattle & has a degree specifically in Media & Video Production from the Art Institute of Seattle. Drew is passionate about music videos, good design & he loves to hang out with his little baby boy Emerson.

Associate Producer :: Warren Baxter
Originally from Port Townsend, Washington, Warren has resided in many parts of the United States, from the country life to the city life. After Graduating with a Computer Animation/Multi-Media degree from the Seattle Art Institute he moved to Los Angeles. Warren has worked in the entertainment business there for about eight years. His previous experiences covers many facets of Feature Films, Music Videos, Commercials, and DVD production. Diversely creative, his music video credits include artists such as Stevie Wonder, Brandy, Alicia Keys, Will Smith, DJ Quik and Duran Duran (which was nominated in '05 for Outstanding Visual Effects for a Music Video). Warren has also worked on numerous commercials, such as, Chili's, Blue Cross, Carb Smart Ice Cream, Popsicle, Pet Smart, Nokia, Cingular Wireless, Hungry Man, Speed Stick, Bridgestone Tires and many more.
Warren relocated to Boise earlier this year and combined his talents with Peppershock Media, utilizing Macintosh's variety of editing, dvd authoring and graphic animation programs. 

Executive Assistant:
Melissa Nicodemus
Melissa has lived in Nampa, Idaho her whole life. She is currently attending Boise State University working on her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, emphasizing in Public Relations and advertising.  Go Broncos! 

When time permits they also produce short films together to help spawn the growing Boise, Idaho film community… Rhea is the Director / Producer, Drew is the Director of Photography and Editor.

Peppershock Media Productions, LLC are members of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Nampa Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Business League, Buy Idaho, One Leads International, the National Federation of Independent Business and Rhea is a member of the Nampa Rotary Club, Women Entrepreneurs, and National Association of Women Business Owners. The Better Business Bureau also classifies Peppershock Media Productions, LLC as a member in good standing.
