About Peppershock Media

Peppershock Media builds brands by telling stories and creating visual content with strategic positioning. We offer video and podcast studios, graphic and web design, copywriting, and marketing strategy. We also place digital media buys and traditional advertising—helping clients disrupt, connect, and inspire.

The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support both client marketing execution and Peppershock’s internal marketing + sales support. In this role, you’ll be a key support partner to our Project Managers and Leadership Team—helping coordinate timelines, manage details, and assist with marketing deliverables across multiple accounts.

Project Managers and Leadership own overall client strategy, scope, and primary client relationships; you’ll help keep work organized, moving forward, and well-documented.

Training & Work Location Expectations

  • First 90 days: Primarily in-office for training, collaboration, and workflow ramp-up
  • After training: Hybrid flexibility may be available with strong communication and pre-approvals, typically 3–4 days/week in-office (or as needed based on client/project needs)

Key Responsibilities

Communication + Coordination

  • Communicate with staff, vendors, and partners to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and next steps
  • Support limited client communications when needed (as directed by Project Managers/Leadership), such as follow-ups, scheduling, and routing questions/approvals

Client Marketing + Coordination

  • Support Project Managers and Leadership by coordinating tasks, timelines, client inputs, and approvals to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple client accounts
  • Gather client inputs (assets, event details, offers, brand notes) and keep projects moving forward
  • Support campaign execution across social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotions
  • Draft and edit marketing copy (captions, short emails, blog drafts, web updates, light ad/support copy)
  • Coordinate with creative team (design/video/podcast) to route drafts, collect feedback, and manage revisions
  • Help prepare basic performance updates and reporting (social/email/web/ad metrics depending on tools)

Internal Marketing + Sales Support (Peppershock)

  • Support Peppershock’s own marketing initiatives (content, promotions, events, announcements, lead magnets, etc.)
  • Assist with sales support tasks (organizing materials, light follow-up support, keeping assets current)
  • Provide scheduling and meeting support for internal and business development needs (calendar coordination, agendas, notes/action items as needed)
  • Customize and update presentations and pitch materials for internal review and client pitches (formatting, tailoring slides to the audience, ensuring brand consistency)

Operations + Organization

  • Maintain clean project documentation, task lists, and status updates
  • Communicate clearly on priorities, deadlines, and blockers
  • Spot gaps before they become problems and propose solutions

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

  • You can run weekly coordination for assigned accounts with increasing independence
  • Projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and approvals don’t stall
  • Your writing and coordination reduce revision cycles over time
  • The team feels more supported because you create clarity and momentum

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years in marketing coordination, social media, agency/client services, or similar experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills (able to adapt tone/voice for different brands)
  • Excellent organization and time management; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator (email, phone/video, text message, and Google Chat), with client-facing professionalism
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing basics (social, email, websites, campaigns, analytics concepts)
  • Ability to work in-office in Downtown Nampa, ID, especially during the first 90 days

Preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, agency/client services, or multi-channel marketing support
  • Experience supporting project managers and/or leadership teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Agency experience (or professional services environment)
  • Canva and/or Adobe basics
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • WordPress or basic web editing experience
  • Basic reporting/analytics familiarity (Google Analytics, ad dashboards, social insights)
  • Video/podcast promotion experience
  • Familiarity with task/project tracking tools (especially Asana)

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll be in the center of the action. You’ll work directly with our Project Managers and Leadership Team, helping turn ideas into organized plans—and plans into real deliverables clients can see and feel.
  • Variety + real growth. You’ll touch multiple industries, channels, and project types (social, email, web, campaigns, content, reporting).
  • Creative work with structure. We’re a creative agency, but we value systems, deadlines, and clear communication.
  • Your work will be visible and appreciated. This role makes an immediate impact for clients and the team.
