Tracy brings to our team a broad spectrum of talent and commitment. In her past Tracy has spent years in the health care and medical field, from managing medical offices and clinical supervisor to private home health care and Hospice. Following a long stint in the field, she fell in love with the dream at Tamarack resort, as she says, from the first snowball. Tracy originally worked in Guest Services and quickly moved to implementing and managing the Concierge and VIP program.

Tracy was then offered a job with Fairmont at Tamarack as Director of Operations, an offer she could not refuse. She was part of the dream for Andre Agassi and Stephie Graff. The Fairmont at Tamarack was to be a luxurious Flagship Fairmont Hotel located at Tamarack Resort. Tracy was involved from blueprints to managing sales and marketing and loved every second of it! As the economy fell, so did the resort, falling into a big chocolate mess. After the wheels fell off the resort Tracy landed in the Treasure Valley, she still enjoys spending time in McCall, ID as an outdoor enthusiast, not an extremist!
